AIR POWER INSTITUTE ON DOCTRINES DEVELOPMENT

   The PAF Flight Plan 2028 specifically acknowledges the importance of doctrines development as a key component in the conduct of air defense operations in all strategic, operational and tactical levels. Since 2000, there were 49 PAF doctrines promulgated. Updates of these doctrines were vigorously pursued in accordance to the guidelines set in PAF SOP Nr 6, the Administration of PAF Doctrine Development.
